Resaro Levels Up: Establishing Co-Headquarters in Europe

2025 ushers in a new chapter for Resaro: we’ve officially opened our European co-headquarters in Munich, Germany.

Our new European office will allow us to expand our capabilities in testing and evaluation — work that lies at the heart of ensuring AI systems can be trusted to deliver on their promises.

We are excited to have Olly Salzmann, CEO of Resaro (Germany), and Dr. Sebastian Hallensleben, Chief Trust Officer, join the team. Their leadership and experience will be central to growing Resaro’s suite of trusted testing and evaluation tools and services in the global AI market.

Olly Salzmann brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, technology ecosystems, AI infrastructure, and IT forensic. He has held senior leadership roles, including Partner at Deloitte Germany and IT Audit Director at Siemens. With a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, Olly combines technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Olly is also a board member and co-founder of KI Park e.V., a Berlin-based organisation that aligns closely with Resaro’s mission of enabling an AI market worthy of trust.

A prominent figure in AI governance, Dr. Sebastian Hallensleben has dedicated over 25 years to shaping networks, frameworks, and standards for strategic dialogues and digital trust. As former Head of AI and Digital Trust at VDE, his expertise has informed key policies for responsible AI development across Europe.

Sebastian chairs the CEN-CENELEC Joint Technical Committee 21, driving the creation of European AI standards under the European Commission’s mandate. On the international stage, he co-chairs OECD groups, working towards global regulatory alignment for AI.
